Job description for Customer Service Officer at Widya Imersif Teknologi
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide a good solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution via phone, email, whatsapp, Livechat, Etc
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Make a report claim and report all data inbound/outbound, email, Livechat, Social Media. etc, To Supervisor and Manager.
- Min. Bachelor Degree, preferable from reputable University
- At least 1 years of working experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with IoT, High-Tech, & E-commerce is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases and has Strong Customer Orientation Skills
- Have a graphic design skill is a plus
