Responsibilities:
• Handles inbound and outbound customer service calls, chats, and emails
• Resolves customer and driver concerns completely and accurately using available tools
• Uses fluent English and Bahasa in daily communications
• Acts as an ambassador to drivers and customer by providing exceptional customer service through contact events such as calls, chats, and emails
