Job description for Customer Service Leader at Annam Group
· Providing support & general administration assistance to all team
· Consolidating GT/ Horeca customer database
· Responsible for sales contracts for Horeca and GT
· Managing admin nationally for efficient filling system
· Arranging meetings and appointments for Sales Manager and the Horeca Sales Team.
· Taking minutes of meetings as assigned.
· Coordinate to other departments for accounting, finance, logistic & deliveries (to customers).
· Ensure all data is accurate and working with managers to trouble-shoot problems
· Update schedules for data and ensure the proper completion of this task.
· Lead ORO projects from BU side (in aligning with others departments)
· Cleaning database of both AP and Wine, training new system
· Building the CRM and CS (hotline) team for next phase of Ecom.
· Routine maintenance and back up of information.
· Other tasks assigned by the manager.
