Qualifications :
- Experienced in managing Customer Service as Lead / Manager / SPV min 2 years
- Proficiency in using Customer Service Ticketing Software
- Love to provide an excellent service to the customers in a good way
- Have a good attention to detail
- Creative, communicative, responsible and self-motivated
- Excellent in analyzing data and skillful in Microsoft Excel
- A good leader in managing his/her team
- Highly productive and a natural problem solver
