RESPONSIBILITIES
• OPEN AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS BY RECORDING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
• PROCESS/MANAGE/ASSIST WITH PLACEMENT OF ORDERS & QUOTATIONS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
• PROVIDE GOOD/EXCELLENT RESPONSE TO CUSTOMERS VIA TELEPHONE, EMAIL & FAX, ETC
• IDENTIFY AND ASSESS CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS TO ACHIEVE SATISFACTION
• PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH SOLUTIONS WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE INTEGRITY OF THE ORGANISATION OR STAFF
• KEEP RECORDS OF CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS, PROCESS CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND FILE DOCUMENTS
• ANY OTHER AD-HOC DUTIES ASSIGNED
REQUIREMENTS
• MINIMUM NITEC/DIPLOMA IN ANY DISCIPLE
• FLUENT IN ENGLISH & CHINESE TO CATER TO OUR CUSTOMER DEMOGRAPHICS
• BASIC PC SKILLS
• GOOD TEAM PLAYER & POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• CUSTOMER ORIENTATED & ABILITY TO ADAPT/RESPOND TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHARACTERS
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (BOTH WRITTEN & VERBAL) TO COMMUNICATE WITH COLLEAGUES & CUSTOMERS
• ABLE TO START WORK WITHIN SHORT NOTICE
• ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND WORK UNDER PRESSURE AS WE ARE IN A FACE PACED ENVIRONMENT
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS (ALTERNATE)
