Job description for Customer Service Associate at WE FOOD JSC
- Take care individual clients in customer services, receive order, arrange delivery
- Answer customers on website, Facebook, Zalo, online platforms (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee,…)
- Receive B2B clients orders and transfer to Workshop for making orders
- Work closely with Workshop & Logistic to ensure a 100% satisfactory delivery to clients
- Manage & monitor Customer complaints reporting
- Monitor Customer database and conduct any needed customer surveys or analysis
- Identify and report new potential customers or any customer needs/feedbacks
- Other Admin work related to Customer Service function
- Administration or Customer Service College/Bachelor degree
- Customer centric
- Meticulous attention to details
- Good written and oral communication skills both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to sell
- Committed, Hardworking and Responsible
- Independent & good team spirit
- Integrity
