Job description for Customer Relations Executive (Remote Working) at VISPARK

We have vacancy for a Teaching Services position within the Teaching and Services department. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the teaching team through liaison between teachers, parents, curriculum, technical and finance teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to solve problems and interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Teaching Operations Manager on day-to-day operational and administrative matters.
- Understand and operate areas of the integrated student and teacher management system, and any other related software programs that support the organisation.
- Coordinate and manage quick response strategy for smooth interdepartmental services.
- Provides clear and concise problem-solving strategies and solutions to parents and teachers as required.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from teachers, curriculum, parents, technical and finance team.
- Generate weekly reports that highlight key data points for analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain a comprehensive current database on all services.
- Develop an awareness of respect for the customs and cultures of trainees, managers and interdepartmental colleagues.
- Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes and increase knowledge sharing to improve work efficiencies, quality and lowering of operational cost.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
We would love for you to have/be:
- A Bachelors’ Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field or other related courses.
- Diploma holders with experience in similar fields will be considered.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or related operations/servicing fields.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin for cross borders communication and reporting.
- Meticulous and is able to perform prioritization of tasks.
- Able to work independently, and be a team-player in a collaborative team.
