We are looking for a motivated, energetic and positive individual with a background in customer service or customer relations, preferably in the international business realm. The candidate must be able to communicate professionally and fluently in English, both verbally and grammatically, and feel comfortable communicating with individuals in western society office environments. The individual must have a "people person" type personality, who others find enjoyable and easy to talk to. They must also be adaptable to a less structured start-up environment; someone that can deal with the start-up chaos and just get things done.
Because our client base extends to around the globe, the individual must be flexible with working hours as conducting conference calls during varying off-office hours will be required from time to time. In some cases, these calls need to be made in the middle of the night. However, individual will be working remotely for the time being until we setup an office in the Bali location in the future. This will allow the individual to work from home for the time being.

- Main point of contact for our clients regarding contracts, pricing, billing and account.
- Liaison between client and image editing team to ensure performance standards such as error and on-time rates are met.
- Grow relationships with current clients as well as prospective new ones, through email and phone communication
- Manage new project setup for existing clients and warm leads (liaison for sample editing between client and internal team, including managing pricing)
- Minimum TOEFL PBT score of 600 or IELTS of 7.5 (please provide documented test results when applying) or can demonstrate English fluency through interview.
- 4+ years experience in account managing, customer service, or customer relations. Experience in outbound sales is a plus
- Must have great communication skills and be a 'people person'
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, Google Docs
- BA/BS education or higher
- Must be flexible with working hours
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Possess a valid passport and be able to potentially travel to foreign countries such as the U.S., Europe and Australia
