Job description for Customer Operations Support at LEKA Indonesia

WE’RE HIRING — Customer Operations Support

Darmo, Surabaya | Full-time, WFO

LEKA is home to several fast-growing consumer brands across home electronics (LEKA), travel gear (LEKAGo), oral care (Veska), and pet care (LEKA Paws). We’re looking for a Product Developer who can combine product insight, market understanding, and cross-team communication to help shape high-performing products across our ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  1. Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels
  2. Provide accurate information and assist customers with their needs
  3. Follow up customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships
  4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  6. Maintain customer satisfaction and support daily operational needs
  7. Input customer orders and transactions into the system accurately
  8. Conduct monthly stock opname and prepare inventory reports
  9. Be on standby and assist during exhibitions or events held in Surabaya

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Friendly, responsive, and customer-oriented personality
  4. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  6. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive
  7. Able to work onsite in Darmo, Surabaya
  8. Available to work Monday – Saturday (Saturday half day)
