Job description for Customer Experience Officer at Jack
- Identify and assess customers’ needs based on interactions to exceed customers’ expectations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and take over escalated calls/walk-ins when needed
- Actively communicate status, investigation results, corrective actions to customer and ensure on time closure
- Able to escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
- Recommend procedure improvements and work on implementation
- Have a minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service
- Flexible working hours and willing to work in shift
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Articulate in both in Bahasa and English
- Calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A customer-oriented person who is friendly and passionate to solve our customers’ problems
- Proactive, resourceful, passionate and perseverance traits
- Outstanding individual worker and also excellent team player
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities especially complex, ambiguous problems
