Job description for CRM Marketing Associate at RateS
- Fully own the end-to-end process of planning, executing, optimizing, reporting, and sharing insights from campaigns, flows, and experiments
- Set up and optimize campaigns and automated flows for emails, push, in-app notifications, SMSes, Whatsapp, etc.
- Contribute to shaping our strategy for how we onboard, engage, upsell, and prevent churn for our users
- Establish a CRM content plan & calendar to optimize customers' awareness and engagement
- Enhance customer journey maps to identify key pre- and post-purchase moments, working closely with the Customer Support and UX Research teams.
- Develop user segmentation strategies that tap into the customer lifecycle
- Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer mindsets, behaviors, and how best to leverage them to upsell and decrease churn
- Develop A/B and multivariate tests to fine-tune flows, segments, and messages
- Measure performance and monitor KPIs to derive actionable insights
- Work closely with merchandising and campaign marketing teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Work closely with the tech team to further improve CRM capabilities and functionality
- Drive continual process improvement and workflow optimization of the team
- Interested and/or have experience in Reselling Business or Entrepreneurship
- Creative, Passionate and a Go-getter; willing to get your hands dirty
