Job description for Creative Project Manager at PT. Stellar Kreavi Digital
- Identify and resolve potential problems that will arise so that they can be anticipated early.
- Coordinating inwards (project team, management, etc.) and out (clients)
- Assisted by all coordinators to prepare project work plans, covering technical, time, administrative and financial aspects of the project.
- Implement and control project operations so that the project can proceed according to plan (on track).
- Communicate in oral and written form (Work Progress Report).
- Control the projects it handles. The project must be completed according to the budget, according to specifications, and time.
- The project handled must have a real return on the organization. Obeying every policy issued by the company, must take decisions with limited authority from the company
