Job description for Creative Designer at Si Jin Steakhouse Bali
Essentials:
- Indonesian Citizen & Current domicile in Bali (candidate outside Bali won't proceed)
- Proven graphic design experience with motion, still, branding, video editing. Photography is a plus.
- A strong creative direction and portfolio with graphics and production.
- Highly motivated and able to work methodically to meet deadlines while handling being under pressure.
- Familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Great command in both spoken and written English with Excellent communication skills.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concepting visuals and providing creative directions based on requirements.
- Executing all designs on which include branding, social media assets, and operational production. Designs include: digital, still, static (moving), video snippets, mini-video production, menus, and printed files.
- Assist Marketing with production by searching vendors, inspecting quality, supervising production, repairing, and providing any necessary solution to meet deadlines.
- Prepare drafts with 3x alternative designs for approval before initiating to final artwork.
- Use the appropriate colors, images, font, and layouts based on the brand guidelines.
- Work alongside Marketing for designs that include copywriter.
- Collaborate with other team members such as operational, kitchen and office and carryout various projects from different departments.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies.
