Job description for Creative/Content Marketing Lead at Sportivo Indonesia
- Acting as the creative leader on all projects. Setting the overall creative concept direction and then inspiring the rest of the team through leading by example.
- Handles content management and content marketing for all of our social platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook).
- Together with Performance Marketing team, handles creative and content management for all of our advertising platforms (Tiktok Ads, IG/Fb Ads, Youtube Ads)
- Hands-on leader, high attention to detail and can direct the work to ensure it complies with brand standards while also pushing our boundaries and evolving the brand creative direction.
- Setting professional standards for the team and the department. Can provide a rationale to lead the discussions around the creative direction of the brand.
- Continually develops practices and processes to inspire audiences, innovate and harness new ways of thinking through storytelling.
- Directing the effort to develop ideations, concepts, implementations and helping works with relevant teams to create a high-quality content.
- Setting creative direction and act as content producer
- Developing the rest of the Creative practice by proactively identifying areas of skill set and output improvement across the team and able to outsource any given project to agencies if necessary.
- An incredible portfolio that spans idea generation, concept development, campaign execution, and storytelling with proven examples of high-quality output.
- Deep expertise in storytelling.
- Experience in collaborating with motion designers, live production teams, and vendors to seamlessly execute projects.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal, and inter-departmental.
- Thought leadership: a strong point of view; ability to contribute to the strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team.
- A solid understanding of media as well as the marketing industry at large; an ability and a desire to adapt to the changing landscape.
- A great storyteller and advertiser.
- Proven experience in taking creative briefs, and from them delivering impactful ideas while bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver those ideas across multiple touchpoints (social media platforms, real life, and marketplaces).
- Have experience working in a rapid growth business/startups/agencies
- Have experience as a social media strategist/manager or content/creative manager
- Similar industry background; either sports/fashion apparel or e-commerce
