Job description for Court Supervisor (Padel & Lifestyle) at Borneo Pasifik Global

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sport operations, preferably in padel, tennis, or similar racket sports.
  • Strong interest and understanding of padel, ideally an active player or someone who follows the sport closely.
  • Good knowledge of padel court operations, match formats, and basic equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and energetic approach.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm in handling operational challenges.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including court bookings, member arrivals, and facility readiness.
  • Supervise all F&B areas, merchandise counters, waiting lounges, restrooms, and other public spaces.
  • Lead daily on-shift staff such as court attendants, cashiers, cleaning crews, and security personnel.
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage shift rotations efficiently.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure all operational tasks are performed according to SOP.
  • Check court conditions, loan rackets, and supporting equipment before operations start.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for any facility issues or repairs.
  • Welcome and assist members and walk-in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer feedback or special requests, escalating to the Manager when necessary.
  • Educate customers about court rules, schedules, and ongoing events.
  • Support event execution such as tournaments, coaching clinics, and promotional activities.
  • Provide event reports and documentation to management.
  • Maintain venue appearance to align with brand standards and aesthetics.
  • Record daily staff attendance, facility incident reports, and stock updates (merchandise, sports equipment, etc.).
  • Prepare daily operational reports for management review.
