Spotware Systems is searching for an experienced, self-driven and resilient Business Development Manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. You will play a vital role in generating B2B sales to financial institutions in ASEAN.

The role reports directly to the Head of Business Development.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
● Maintain robust sales pipeline.
● Establish and maintain working relationships with clients
● Communicate new product developments to existing and prospective clients
● Follow up on inbound leads, explain the company’s products and give product demonstrations.
● Provide the management with market feedback from existing and prospective clients.
● Assist with planning, implementation and evaluation of offline and online PR and advertising campaigns.
● Stay up-to-date with new product launches.
● Experience in the Forex and/or financial technology industry with in depth working knowledge of popular trading platforms.
● Strong track record of meeting and exceeding all sales goals.
● Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
● Local language and English required.
● Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
● Ability to diagnose and resolve problems and the initiative to find answers to questions.
● Excellent judgment, presence and mature personality; experience working with executives.
● 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
