 DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
Menghitung volume pekerjaan pada awal proyek untuk pembuatan RAPP.
Melakukan monitoring dan control untuk semua pengeluaran proyek, termasuk material, upah dan biaya operasional proyek.
Melakukan perhitungan volume kebutuhan material untuk pekerjaan.
Menyiapkan SPK untuk mandor pemborong berdasarkan gambar kerja dan anggaran yang sudah disepakati.
Melakukan opname terhadap pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan oleh mandor pemborong.
KUALIFIKASI:
Wanita, maks. 25 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, jurusan Teknik Sipil/Listik/Mesin/Industri.
Lulusan baru lebih disukai.
Menguasai Ms. Office dan AutoCAD (Lebih disukai).
Mampu bekerja di dalam team maupun individu.
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, jujur, bertanggung jawab, bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik.
Bisa membaca gambar konstruksi (Lebih disukai).
Tidak sedang dalam menempuh pendidikan.
Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
Penempatan di Jakarta Barat.
