Job description for Corporate Sales Manager at PT Fit And Health Indonesia
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. A Sales Manager leads, motivates and manages a team of Membership Consultants and plans and executes sales campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets in line with business objective
2. Monitoring upon daily , weekly and monthly sales activities
3. Review and evaluate weekly to achieve the target being set for the month
4. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
5. Analysing other competitors up to the trend and see where we can improve in our services
6. Planning out monthly marketing calenders quarterly in ahead for sales & marketing activities
7. Working with other departments for the constant feedbacks from the members and improvements
8. Provide leadership, development and guidance to a team of Membership Consultants, conducting regular one on one training and development sessions.
9. Compile, analyse and interpret sales and membership data and use relevant findings to continually improve sales performance
10. Drive new member integration experience by prescribing relevant club products and services and monitoring new member visit
11.. Coach and drive Membership Consultants to deliver outstanding customer service to club members and potential members.
QUALFICATION
1. 3 year experience minimum in a managerial level with a sales background
2. Advance in administering computer based management system
3. Excellent time management skills
4. Ability to drive and develop a successful team
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Professional and well-groomed in appearance
7. Problem solving and decision making skills
8. Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills
9. Have the ability to follow up, implement and manage systems and procedures.
10. Responsible and accountable for Membership Consultant by administrating the working rote, individuals training requirements and the departments overall performance
11. Possess an administrational and operational integrity
12. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, in English as well as in Bahasa
13. An active Individual with a healthy lifestyle
14. Willing to work in Tangerang area
