Working Arrangement: On-site (Monday – Saturday)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Legal to support Swing’s business growth. This role will ensure that all company activities remain compliant with applicable regulations, while also acting as a strategic partner in business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage various company agreements (vendor, partnerships, employment, NDA, etc.)
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations (corporate, commercial, and employment)
- Manage corporate legal documents, including licenses, deeds, and corporate structure changes
- Provide legal advice to internal teams (HR, Finance, Product, and Business) on both operational and strategic matters
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across business activities
- Handle or coordinate legal disputes with external parties when necessary
- Liaise with notaries, external counsel, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate legal / in-house legal
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and business regulations in Indonesia
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing business contracts independently
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or technology company
- Familiarity with legal aspects of digital platforms (terms & conditions, data privacy, etc.)
- Experience handling licensing and corporate actions
