Job description
We are currently hiring for Corporate Fianance Associate. This role involves working on projects pertaining to valuation and corporate finance. Specific analytical tasks include: historical and pro-forma company financial analysis (including cash flow modeling); tech company peer group market research and M&A analysis; valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions; pitch deck presentation preparation; and other such activities as deemed relevant to the company’s success.
The duties will also include due diligence review of company’s information, communication regarding active projects, and participation in various meetings with stakeholders within Hi App. In addition, the Associate may be involved in corporate marketing activities including pitch and proposal development.
Responsibilities:
- Due diligence analysis and financial model data entry
- Sort, review, analyze and develop conclusions from large amounts of economic, market, industry and company-specific information
- Prepare presentations describing relevant client company situation analysis, financial review, valuation analysis and other related complex financial analysis and conclusions to individuals who may be unfamiliar with the concepts and analysis
- Mastery of complex financial and cash flow modeling and analysis. Work independently on multiple engagements, and work with multiple team members while prioritizing and managing varied responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of relevant experience with a nationally known company in their leveraged finance, financial sponsors, M&A, financial structuring and capital markets.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced experience in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with working efficiently under tight deadline.
- Attention to detail and a dedication in providing high quality works
- Strong project and time management skills
