1. Food Preparation and Cooking
• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes following the established recipes and menu.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
1. Kitchen Organization and Cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP).
• Properly store ingredients and leftover food.
1. Inventory and Supplies
• Monitor kitchen inventory and report shortages to the Head Chef.
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies.
1. Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate any issues regarding food quality or equipment to the Head Chef.
