Job Description
Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan perbaikan
Meninjau serta mengevaluasi proses bisnis perusahaan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan serta pengembangan untuk peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas secara keseluruhan
Merancang laporan untuk memantau kinerja operasional dan meningkatkan visibilitas operasional
Mengembangkan dan mengelola SOP dan Instruksi Kerja (WI)
Membuat materi pelatihan tentang proses/kebijakan/sistem/prosedur baru untuk pengguna/klien
Memastikan ide perbaikan dijalankan dan diimplementasikan dengan baik
Job Requirements
Pendidikan minimal S1 segala jurusan, jurusan Bisnis dan Manajemen sebagai nilai tambah
Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Staff SOP Development/Business Process Officer
Memiliki pemikiran analitis, kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang sangat baik
Memiliki keterampilan memecahkan masalah dengan konsep perbaikan berkelanjutan
Memiliki pengalaman secara aktif terlibat langsung dalam pembuatan Flowchart dan penyusunan sistem SOP/Business Process
Memiliki pengalaman khusus dalam Peningkatan Proses Bisnis
Memiliki pengalaman ISO
Dapat melakukan pengolahan data dan mempresentasikannya dengan baik menggunakan Google Doc Editor (Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Docs) atau Ms Office (Ms Word. Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint)
