Job description for Contact Center Staff at PT KB Finansia Multi Finance
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Menerima, mencatat, dan menangani seluruh pengaduan/pesan konsumen yang masuk via telepon dengan baik
- Menjelaskan prosedur singkat layanan pengaduan dan layanan produk/jasa
- Menerima dan menindaklanjuti pertanyaan, pengaduan, maupun proses permohonan perubahan data konsumen yang diterima melalui saluran layanan yang tersedia
- Melakukan follow-up atas pengaduan-pengaduan yang belum terselesaikan
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang serupa
- Pendidikan Minimal S1
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik (diwajibkan)
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office.
- Menyukai pekerjaan di bidang pelayanan konsumen
