Job description
In charge of managing overall compliance of Regional Finance & Procurement Center (RFPC) and contributing to performance monitoring, he is in charge of ensuring organization and processes compliance with internal controls and group policies (segregation of duties, DOA,…), as well as coordinating and deploying consistent monitoring of RFPC performance.
Job Description
- Ensure compliance of RFPC organization and processes
- Define or validate control activities to be embedded within Finance and Procurement processes in compliance with legal and Vallourec’s Corporate policies
- Monitor the proper segregation of duties and manage rights to be granted to Procurement and Accounting team members and managers
- Ensure sustainable maintenance of roles matrix and continuous compliance
- Prepare regular status for the Shared Service Center (SSC) management on control effectiveness: alerts, updates, gaps & mitigation actions, training requirements, communication items
- Perform activities and controls related to vendor bank account management
- Support RFPC performance monitoring
- Coordinate monitoring of operations and services performance
- Ensure consistency of performance measures across teams and entities
- Support when necessary continuous improvement initiatives to enhance RFPC compliance and performance management
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper deployment and compliance with internal control policies and procedures
- Manage roles and authorizations (matrix, user access) and bank accounts information
- Support RFPC performance monitoring
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics/management
- Strong Internal control, audit and/or Finance experience, minimum 2 years
- Expertise in internal control and risk management
- Expertise in risk assessment
- Good excel, analysis and mathematical calculation
- Good verbal and written english communication skills
- Problem solving and customer service skills
- Experience in process/project/change management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization
