Job description for Community Manager at Glints
- Plan and run engagement with various activities based on hubbers' interest
- Collaborate with the Talent Success team to handle hubbers’ operational requests on a daily basis.
- Provide on-boarding and off-boarding services to hubbers
- Work with Talent Success, HR, and Finance team to maintain Employee CSAT at 85% every month
- Establish new initiative for hubbers’ satisfaction and happiness to boost for retention (e.g: Referral Program, Employee Benefit, etc)
- Key Strategic Contributor: You will have the chance to be involved in the strategic planning of Batam Managed Talent especially for the Community.
- Freedom: You will be joining a very young team where you will be given lots of freedom and trust to build the community operations from scratch as you deem fit.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: You will have the chance to work with a lot of different divisions in Glints and also cross-country divisions too.
- 4-5 years working experiences in the Community or HR related area
- Have good skillset and experience in Event Planning / Event Creation
- Able to drive decision and strategic planning based on data
- A good and confident communicator, proactive person, and have good energy level to serve the clients
- Fast-paced worker, able to handle ambiguity and changes
- Experience handling technology and digital talents
