What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced community manager capable of providing support for the learning process of our students. We expect that you're a vibrant and enthusiastic community builder who will interact with our online students and staff and get them excited about new learning experiences.
Responsibilities
This role requires a desire to communicate with people and organizational skills. Your ability to communicate authentically as a voice of Practicum by Yandex, including a large and diverse community of clients, early adopters, and everyone in between, will be a key to your success in this position.
As a community manager, you will lead a cohort of students through a 6 to 10-month program while sharing your experience and inspiring them with your industry knowledge. You will need to:
Conduct the onboardings and сreate schedules
Organize online and offline meetups
Participate in daily Slack chats
Motivate students to complete their projects
Possess digital literacy and a general understanding of the subject areas
Qualifications
Proficient in English and Malaysian languages.
Natural and engaging communication skills. You are a self-starter with impeccable time management skills
The successful candidate will be solution-oriented with a high level of user empathy and strong organizational skills.
