Call & Confirmation Officer (Fresh Graduate)
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible fresh graduates to join our team as a **Call & Confirmation Officer**. You will play an important role in communicating with parents, confirming event registrations and payments, and ensuring participants receive timely and accurate information.
Responsibilities :
- Participant & Payment Confirmation
* Contact registered parents and participants via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Confirm event registrations, payment status, attendance, and required documents.
* Follow up on pending payments and outstanding confirmations in a professional and friendly manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, venues, and program details.
* Answer basic inquiries and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
2. Communication & Customer Support
* Build positive relationships with parents and participants through clear and professional communication.
* Record call outcomes and update participant information in the CRM or registration system.
* Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards.
* Send reminders and important event updates when required.
3. Administrative & Event Support
* Maintain organized records of participant confirmations and payment statuses.
* Assist with data entry and ensure information is complete and accurate.
* Prepare daily and weekly confirmation reports.
* Provide administrative support to the operations team before, during, and after events.
* Assist with on-site registration, participant check-in, and event coordination during weekly workshops and company events.
* Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
4. Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Able to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
* Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Willing to learn, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
* Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when assigned to company events, with off days scheduled on weekdays.
