· Building and maintaining network, especially with retailers/tenants and event organizers, to gain crowds as well as improve the mall's reputation.
· Ensuring sales targets are met according to the timeline.
· Responsible for developing marketing plans for leasing and commercial activities, including but not limited to finding new local tenants, collaborating with event organizers to perform events, creating events according to the mall's monthly theme.
· Maintaining good relationships and cooperating with both internal and external.
· Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management/Marketing Communication/related fields, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
· Experienced min. 1 years as Marketing or Commercial Staff for Mall, or in the related fields.
· Possess good personality, self-motivation, good interpersonal, as well as good communication and negotiating skills.
· Possess extensive network, especially with retailers and event organizers.
· Able to offer creative problem solving.
· Able to build and maintain good relationships with all divisions and business relations.
· Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
· Responsible, with good initiative, adaptability, & able to work under pressure.
· Eager to learn, careful, and well-organized.
· Sociable, willing to serve external and internal customers.
