The Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to support our Commercial team in driving business operations, proposal development, tender submissions, and customer coordination. This is a critical backbone role that ensures our Solutions Consultants can focus on client relationships while you manage the operational excellence behind every deal — from proposal to delivery.
What You Will Do
• Support the Commercial team in preparing high-quality proposals, quotations, and business pitches for corporate and public sector clients.
• Coordinate tender documentation, including compilation, formatting, and submission of government and corporate tenders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales pipelines, customer accounts, and commercial activities using CRM and Excel-based trackers.
• Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Tech Support, Logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, invoicing, and after-sales support.
• Prepare regular commercial reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management review.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the Commercial team’s strategic planning.
• Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, customer agreements, and documentation.
• Support the organization of client events, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Ensure all commercial documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within B2B, IT, or technology industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, dashboards).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tender documentation, proposal writing, or government procurement processes is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
• Passion for sustainability, ESG, or circular economy concepts is highly desirable.
