About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Clinical Application Specialist to support the implementation, training, and optimisation of healthcare technology solutions for healthcare providers and clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and user training to healthcare professionals and clients.
• Support system implementation, onboarding, and post-deployment activities for healthcare solutions.
• Work closely with internal technical and product teams to ensure clinical requirements are properly translated into system functionalities.
• Assist clients in workflow optimisation and adoption of healthcare technology solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for system improvements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clinical application support when required.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and documentation.
• Support business development activities by providing clinical insights during meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, clinical practices, and digital health innovations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Health Informatics, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field.
• 2–5 years of working experience in healthcare, clinical operations, medical technology, or healthtech industry.
• Medical doctors, allied health professionals, and candidates with hospital or clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare software, EMR/HIS systems, telemedicine, digital health platforms, or medical devices will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and relocate when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related systems.
Preferred Skills
• Experience conducting training or product implementation.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and digital health ecosystems.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
