Client Manager
At Awake Asia, our Client Managers own the brand relationships, this means you are the primary contact with our brand and other partners from operational decision making to strategic planning. You will have full responsibility for brand growth, account planning, onsite execution and profitablity. Of course, you don't do all of this on your own and our team of Content House, Logistics, Live Chat, Customer Service and Finance are here to help.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Head Of Client Management
- Be part of the local and regional teams led by experienced eCommerce management with over 15 years experience in eCommerce and retailing
- Co-ordination of AAD in house functions to optimize e-store operations including; Content, Assortment, Ratings & Reviews, Search, Pricing, Live chat, Customer Service and Livestreaming
- Managing relationships with regional team, brands and e-commerce platforms
- Developing cross-functional strategy to grow brands’ business and ensure smooth operation
- Negotiating platforms to develop campaigns to increase traffic and conversion rates
- Communicating and optimization of brand health metrics and execution of improvement plan
- Developing and delivering regular business reviews to brands and e-commerce marketplace
You will need:
- 1-2 years or more working experience in Client Engagement, eCommerce, related industry
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Strong business acumen with a real enthusiasm for eCommerce
- Excellent written and oral skills needed, and ability to work in complex sales environments, utilizing resources across multiple organizations
- Strong track record external project and relationship management
- Ability to interact with a remote support team across many cultures
- Experience engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable to negotiate with external partners for the best possible brand outcome
- Detail oriented and Proactive with a ""Just Do It"" attitude
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
