Civil & ME Estimator (Arsitektur)

Kualifikasi:
  • Pria.
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Arsitektur.
  • Usia maksimal 26 tahun.
  • Fresh graduate (Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang yang sama lebih disukai).
  • Menguasai aplikasi pendukung desain seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp, dan Photoshop.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, dan negosiasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki pengelolaan waktu yang baik dan adaptif.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Membuat konsep/desain rancangan bangunan (gerai toko) dan mempresentasikannya dalam bentuk 2D atau 3D rendering.
  • Membuat perancangan terkait sistem konstruksi, struktur bangunan, bahan bangunan, perkiraan biaya konstruksi (RAB), serta estimasi waktu pembangunan.
  • Melakukan peninjauan dan pengawasan secara berkala di lapangan.
