Sota Solutions provides Enterprise Management Consulting & Development, and Software Development Services for global clients. With the focus on fully-packaged ERPs & CRMs, we offer subscription packages, enterprise customization and integration solutions for SMEs and corporates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify and develop new clients, with a focus on ERP solutions (especially SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/solutions to provide tailored consultations based on client needs.
  • Propose business strategies and monthly/quarterly sales plans.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring sales targets (quota) are met.
  • Collaborate with technical/consulting teams to deliver product demos, technical solutions, and PoC for clients.
  • Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to expand the customer base and boost sales performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology).
  • At least 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in ERP, software, IT solutions, or SaaS.
  • Having client networks in the mid-to-large enterprise segment is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, bidding, and contract execution.
  • Good English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Capable of working with various platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Dynamics 365.
  • Experienced in customer development for international markets, especially in APAC and Southeast Asia.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

🎯Flexible working regime and health care:

  • Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)
  • Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation
  • 01-day remote work per month
  • A flexitime allowance of 90-180 minutes per month for employees
  • 01 hour paid leave per day for women having children under 12 months
