CHIEF TENANT RELATION & CONCIERGE
Requirements :
- A bachelor degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Front office supervisory experience in the residential or hotel
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management and/or hospitallity management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of employees
- Excellent grooming standards
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Descriptions :
- Ensure that all residents feel secure and comfortable in their accommodations
- Addressing tenant concerns, complaints, and inquiries
- Manage and supervise daily operation team, including concierge, driver and operational admin
- Supervise all maintenance and repair work, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Working as a liaison between tenants and management
- Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues
- Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports
- Other duties assigned
