Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Merencanakan penjualan ke customer.
- Memperbaruhi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai produk.
- Mencari dan menambah jumlah customer baru dan mempertahankan customer yang sudah ada.
- Memastikan setiap subordinate melakukan kunjungan efektif dan mencapai target penjualan.
- Melakukan Coaching & Counseling terhadap subordinate.
