Job description
- Trực tổng đài chăm sóc khách hàng
- Thực hiện quy trình tiếp nhận và xử lý yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Giải đáp những ý kiến và thắc mắc của khách hàng đối với các dịch vụ của Công ty
- Nắm bắt các yêu cầu của khách hàng, tìm hiểu những mong muốn của khách hàng đối với dịch vụ để có góp ý cho các phòng ban liên quan.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
- Làm việc trực tiếp với sếp người Hàn
Yêu cầu:
- Ưu tiên Nữ
- Ưu tiên những bạn có kinh nghiệm telemarketing,
- Tiếng Hàn Topik 4
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
- Không áp đặt KPI và doanh số vì bên mình là công ty về IT.
