Job description for Career Specialist at Rakamin Academy
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to create efficient and effective system or products for student career enhancements
- Manage and organize Rakamin`s new career product (Job Acceleration Program), including the materials, operations, and advancements.
- Build and maintain good relationship with Hiring Partner for program collaboration (Job-connector, Speed dating, etc)
- Act as a key representative of Rakamin to hiring partner; this include present ideas and product, identify their needs
- Involve in organizing data, ensure all data and system are update and efficient
- Collaborate with Career Team (But not limited to) to implement efficient system for Alumni Career Upgrading.
Job Requirement :
- 1-2 years of experiences in TA, Training, L&D or Recruitment Consulting, specifically for tech industry and digital positions (Data and Digital Marketing).
- Passionate with the idea of empowerment, development, and upgrading career
- Background from Edu-tech company is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and self-organized type of person
- Great product management skills, knowledge, and approaches
- Excellent in interpersonal skills to interact and engage with Talent and Clients
- Growth mindset, flexible, and fast learner
