Job Description:
- Will be handling Taiwan Market
- Approach and acquire new potential talents through local job portals and linkedin
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential talents to fill both anticipated and planned roles
- Assist new potential talents in creating Glints account profile
- Perform data migration related to the information details of new potential talents
- Assist ad hoc marketing project as directed by TW Growth manager if needed:
- Workshop & Learning Session Project
- Social Media Project
- Team Bonding Project
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates (having internship experience prior is preferable, final year students are welcome!)
• Must be available for 4-6 months period of internship
• Interested to learn about startup marketing strategy
• Able to handle a high volume of phone calls and do account management
• Ability to work with data and details in fast pace environment
• Excellent and persuasive communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa
• Resourceful, high initiative and self-driven person
• Comfortable to work with target
