Job description for C&B EXECUTIVE at Công Ty Con Cưng (concung.com)
Job description:
- Be in charge daily C&B operations of team:data management, payroll, leave record, labor contract, personal income tax, social and healthcare insurance…Ensure that they are accuracy, meet timeline commitment, compliance with law and company policies.
- Resolve employee’s problems about salary, benefits, company policies
- Support team to complete periodic HR reports (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) as required by Manager/ Audit/ State agencies.
- Survey and update the market C&B trend.
- Support team to build up HR policies to be competitive and fit business strategy.
- Support and run HRM system smoothly.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Deparment
Job requirements:
- Graduated from university major in Economics, Marketing, Business English
- At least 1 year experience in C&B position
- Knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws
- Excellent in Excel skill (Vlookup, Pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Good in English
Other skill:
- Teamwork - Time management – Multitasking
- Familiar with HRM software is an advantage
