QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Plastic Packaging or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of plastic packaging products and processes, particularly In-Mold Labeling (IML).
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
- Target-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable plastic packaging solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, samples, and customer trials.
- Conduct product presentations and business discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with Production, PPIC, QC, Engineering, and other related departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Monitor customer accounts, sales opportunities, and order progress.
- Prepare regular sales activity and customer development reports.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
