Job description for Business Operations Executive at 99.co
99 Group is looking for a Business Operations Executive to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry properly into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
You will assist with project initiatives, partnering closely with various different teams ranging from Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Happiness etc to help facilitate the entire project lifecycle. A super generalist role, you will dip your toes into various business operation facets and piece the missing puzzles together.
What you’ll do:
- You will drive the setting up of operational guidelines and processes as required of the operations team
- Your assistance and input will be called upon on a per-project basis
- You will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks to support multiple teams in enhancing operational efficiency
- You will be managing different project timelines and be on top of the liaison work required
What you are/have/will be:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- An extremely detail-oriented personality
- Analytical, organised and good problem solvers with a quest for excellence
- A sense of responsibility and accountability, and the drive to execute a project to completion
- The ability to plan for the long-term, taking into account that projects might need to be scaled indefinitely
- Willingness to learn and do, multi-task, and be a self-starter
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritise among competing tasks/errands
- Willingness to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic about working on property or property-related content
- Familiarity with App Script, CSS, HTML and/or Google Analytics is preferred, but not a must
