We’re on the look for a Business Operations Associate to join our fresh, fast-growing venture to help grow that mission in Asia.
How You Will Impact Glints and Your Career
As the Glints Academy Business Operations, you will drive the career development of inspiring learners, regardless of their financial background, by delivering the right education product to students and the right placement service to employers with the right message.
Within the next 24 months, you will work on initiatives to optimize the Glints Academy operations; from building systems, managing data, and improving processes. Admissions, Student Success, and Fulfillment team are all benefited from your projects in delivering operations efficiency, supporting them to reach their targets.
Within the next 24 months, you will have solid experience of building efficient operations from scratch and be recognized as the person who has made the Glints Academy operating with high efficiency. You will gain the experience of contributing to the strategic development of a company similar to a Series A company. You will further polish your skills in project management and process improvement overseeing the execution of operations for the company. You will gain the experience of managing key stakeholders from sales to the education team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up new systems and tools to improve operations efficiency
- Executing cross-functional initiatives to drive long term business sustainability
- Collecting and analyzing data to propose new methods of achieving operational excellence and give aspiring learners the best experience with Glints Academy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working in operations, preferably in business operations or data
- Have a critical thinking
- Have an efficient mindset and able to set up the foundation
- Have good data processing and analytical skill; advance skill in Excel is a must
- Experience in Data Studio, Airtable, Metabase, and workflow building is a plus
- Have a good problem-solving skill
- Project management skill
