Posisi : Business Development - PT Epta Solusi Indonesia (Yotek Group)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the company's target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, principals, and business partners.
- Identify and manage government and private tender opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and client visits.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to support project execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare periodic reports on business development, tender progress, and sales performance.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, preferably in the oil & gas, mining, industrial, or HSSE industry.
- Familiar with B2B sales processes and government/private tender systems (LPSE/e-procurement) is an advantage.
- Able to prepare business proposals and commercial documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and site visits.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
