PT. Renjana Membangun Nusantara has job opening :
Business Development
We have three main service lines :
  • Renjana Tech, a Mobile Development Software House that provides IT solutions for businesses and organizations that prioritizes product fit.
  • Polapikir Learning, an e-learning platform that helps individuals to be able to learn together in various ways. There are several topics/channels that were built by us, for instance Filosofi Rumah, Melogika, and Hanacaraka Montessori.
  • Renjana Nusantara, Strategic consultant for Digital Transformation, Management and Operational.
As Business Development, you will support our Directors in converting prospective opportunities into sales or partnerships. You will define strategy to improve marketing and sales performance through conventional and digital marketing.
Requirements :
  • Have a strong passion for technology, social entrepreneurship and education
  • Hustle and hungry person, self-motivated and self-directed
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Ability to communicate openly and convincingly and are ready to show full commitment to our customers and partners
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
  • Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field
  • Preferably have experience in business development or currently have extensive social network interested in IT, education and social impact movement
Duties :
  • Acquire new customers
  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
  • Weekly appointments with potential clients
  • Oversee the business development process from beginning to end: evaluate clients’ needs, schedule sales presentations, collect the necessary information to open new client accounts
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through high quality service
  • Address customer complaints and propose sound solutions
  • Obtain knowledge of the market through research, trade associations and relationship development
  • Seek to implement new ideas and or techniques learned through experience and interaction with peers
  • Effectively plan and execute sales strategy
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
