About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and experience in the GPS tracking industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads, conduct client visits, and build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development activities for management.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Experience in the GPS tracking, telematics, fleet management, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and client visits.
