About TIMO
TIMO is a social entertainment platform focused on voice chat and live interaction. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand our 1v1 agency network and grow agency performance on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new 1v1 agencies to join TIMO.
- Build and maintain good relationships with agency owners and managers.
- Support agencies in recruiting and managing 1v1 hosts.
- Monitor agency performance and help agencies achieve their monthly KPIs.
- Identify and develop new agency partnerships to grow the 1v1 business.
- Provide regular support and maintain good communication with agencies.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, agency management, or the social entertainment / livestreaming industry.
- Good understanding of 1v1 agencies, hosts, or guilds.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience in recruiting or managing hosts is a plus.
- Have Malaysian Agency Database
