- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business
- Experiences in sales, marketing or related fields especially in Software development or IT industry
- Having IT background is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a very good both team and single player
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to quickly understand the product
- Have a very good sense toward the product and have a very good sales strategic and marketing planning
- Used to work based on target and be aggressive in achieving the progressive target
- Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Contacting potential clients to establish relationship and arrange meetings
- Arrange product demo meetings, sending quotations or proposals and sell product
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
