Job description for Business Development / Sales at Casa Grata

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly company’s sales goals
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Build and negotiate strong business agreements consisting of listing, trade, and marketing agreements to grow profitable sales operations across partners.
  • Establish and monitor partner’s sales goals.
  • Maintaining in store product availability, visibility in partner’s store (both online and offline), collaboration of campaign arrangements, in order to grow the volume of sales-out from retailer to end- consumer.
  • Analyse industry trends, market activities, and competitors so as to identify new opportunities and threads.
  • Build the client database and identify key contacts
  • Engage prospects through multiple channels to generate new sales leads
  • Organise and make sales visits
  • Produce detailed proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
Administrative Duties
  • Ensure prompt response to enquiries/or resolution to customer complaints
  • Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with clients
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure in store sales and marketing promotions are properly executed and have a passion for being in the field and on the move.
Requirement
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or key account management position.
  • Solid academic background.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Skills Required:
  • Basic IT knowledge (excel,word,powerpoint, chrome, etc)
  • Excellent salesmanship and networking skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets

  • Discipline to conduct and manage sales cycle process from initial contact through to initial qualification
  • Collaborative and team oriented

  • Stay in Jakarta is preferred
