Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving patient acquisition and business growth. You will build relationships with prospective patients, manage inquiries, develop partnerships, and help convert opportunities into long-term loyal patients.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads from digital marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing patients.
- Develop partnerships with companies, communities, schools, and organizations.
- Achieve monthly sales and patient acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development (Healthcare or Beauty industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong growth mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
