Job description for Business Development Manager Surabaya at PT Tradecorp Indonesia
- Maximize sales opportunities by sourcing new and extension business by successfully developing and promoting the complete range of services offered by Tradecorp
- Provide accurate reporting on forward sales opportunities through the Sales Pipeline/system
- Identifying business opportunities through market development & customer prospecting.
- To make a business innovation
- Providing support action on marketing plan
- Responsible for achieving revenue and targets
- Doing competitor research regularly to create brand awareness and market penetration.
- Managing both our existing sales and developing new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
- Represents the company in exhibits and trade shows to help market the product and services
- Understand and define customers’ needs, to increase revenue, volume, and improve profitability
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- Able to develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a Business or Engineering.
- At least 8 years working experience in a Business Development role for a Multi National Company.
- Independent self-starter with excellent communication and management skills. “Hungry” with something to prove. A “Hunter” not a “Farmer”
- Demonstrated experience in Business to Business consultative selling, particularly in the area of intangible services
- Active in English, written and presentation skills
